Tunisia faces significant challenges with healthcare professionals seeking opportunities abroad. MeDCare addresses this by improving training quality, upgrading VET curricula, and offering internationally recognized qualifications that create attractive career paths and opportunities within Tunisia’s healthcare sector.
The project’s “communicating vessels” framework views career mobility as rational choices rather than problematic “brain drain,” creating conditions that make local careers genuinely competitive.
Accelerating Healthcare Digitalization

The EQF5 curriculum will be embedded within Tunisia's national VET system, delivered by at least 20 trained Tunisian teachers using MeDCare's methodology and digital tools.
