What We Aim to Achieve
MeDCare pursues concrete, measurable objectives to transform vocational healthcare education in Tunisia.
To enhance the quality, relevance, and responsiveness of the Tunisian VET system in the biomedical and digital healthcare sectors by developing and implementing an innovative double-degree VET programme for “Medical Technology & Digital Health Care Technicians,” aligned with Industry 4.0 standards and European VET frameworks, to support healthcare sector modernization, digital transformation and reduce the phenomenon of healthcare professionals’ migration.
Assess Competence Needs
Analyse healthcare technology competences and implementation barriers in Tunisia's medical sector through systematic research for training development.
Co-Develop Curriculum
Create an innovative EQF Level 5 training curriculum for Medical Technology & Digital Health Care Technicians with European partners.
Strengthen VET Capacity
Enhance institutional infrastructure with VR-based learning environments, AI tools, and modern biomedical training equipment.
Train VET Educators
